How can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours from order placement at hello@ecocollective.earth with your order number. We cannot guarantee a cancellation.

Orders made before 8AM CST will be shipped out on the same day. Any order placed on or after 8AM CST will be shipped out the next day.

Please note our fulfillment warehouses will be working extended hours and weekends during busy seasons to ship orders as soon as possible. Cancellation is not guaranteed. 

 

How can I return my order?

Please email us at hello@ecocollective.earth with any questions about returns and exchanges. Returns are at the expense of the customer and at the customer's own risk. All items must be in unused condition for a refund.

Please note, that some items are at “Final Sale” and we do not offer returns. To know if your item is on final sale, please go to the product on our website.

We do not accept returns outside of Canada and the USA.

First, make sure your package is in good condition before submitting a return so that you are eligible for a full refund:

  1. Product is unused
  2. Product is in original packaging
  3. No pieces of the product are broken, missing, or damaged

 

To request a return you must:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team: hello@ecocollective.earth and let us know you no longer require your product.
  2. You must send proof of product in good condition with pictures.
  3. Once we review your case and see if you’re eligible for a return, we will send you a return slip with the return address to ship your return item.

 

Once the product arrives to our fulfillment center:

  1. The item will be inspected and it must pass the quality check in order to be accepted. If an item doesn’t pass, it will be rejected.
  2. We will issue a full refund only for items that are accepted.
  3. If your item is rejected, we will notify you. If you disagree with our decision, please let us know.

Please allow 10-14 days to analyze your case from when the item is received at the fulfillment center. 

 

What if my item arrived damaged, missing or the wrong item was received?
