Shipping policy
How long does shipping take?
All orders ship from our store location in Port Moody, BC.
Shipping typically takes 2-7 days (excl. remote locations). Any orders placed before 8 AM PST will be shipped out on the same day.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our store.
Please note it can take up to 1-2 business days for your tracking link to update. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation after 2 working days, you can always reach out at hello@ecocollective.earth, and we’ll be happy to help!
What are your shipping rates?

- Standard Shipping = $12.99 CAD
- Orders over $75 CAD = Free Shipping
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. Simply click the link and instantly track your parcel. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
How do you ship?
Proudly plastic-free. All our packing materials are recyclable in the papers bin or compostable in your home compost!
How do you handle returns and refunds?
We want you to be happy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it for a refund, we accept returns up to 30 days after the order is received. Please refer to our refund page for more details.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order has been in transit for longer than 25 days, please reach out at hello@ecocollective.earth so we can look into it.
If your order shows as “delivered” but you did not receive it, you have 3 days from the delivered day to reach out to us and let us know.
How can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@ecocollective.earth with your order number. We cannot guarantee a cancellation.
